Our History

Our AAC technology was initially discovered at the University or Arkansas and for over 10 years has been approved and profitably deployed as Bursaplex®, produced specifically for poultry. ImmunoBio acquired the intellectual property rights to AAC for all human and non-poultry animal applications and incorporated late in 2005. T he company has received a total of $9 million in equity financing.

Like many drug delivery companies who bring the benefits of their technology to developers of therapeutic products, ImmunoBio’s business strategy is based upon partnerships with developers of vaccines and vaccine technologies. With each partnership, the Company anticipates receiving funding support for the research, and milestone payments and ongoing royalties from products that incorporate AAC technology and are eventually commercialized. Currently, ImmunoBio has several research license agreements in place and is collaborating with recognized academic research institutions to demonstrate the performance of AAC in selected, high-value human/animal vaccine applications.
