ImmunoBiosciences completed its Series A financing in December 2005 with two co-lead investors, Manti Resources, Inc and Winn Explorations. Both Manti Resources and Winn Explorations elected to participate in a secondary finance round, and a third investor, Riata Management was also attracted. The three companies that now have representation on the Board are:
