BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Craig E. Whitfill, M.Sc., Ph.D., founder, joined ImmunoBiosciences, Inc. as Chairman of the Board, Vice President, and Chief Technical Officer in January 1, 2006. Dr. Whitfill is presently serving as Chairman of the board, President and CEO of ImmunoBiosciences, Inc. Dr. Whitfill is also presently serving, and has served for the last several years, as Adjunct Professor in the Poultry Science Department at North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina. Most recently and prior to his joining ImmunoBiosciences, Inc., Dr. Whitfill was Senior Director of Manufacturing and Technology following a previously held position as Senior Director of Biological Product Development at Embrex, Inc., Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. Dr. Whitfill started employment at Embrex, Inc. in September 1988 after serving as a faculty Biochemist in the Animal Science Department at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas since September of 1976. Before his faculty tenure at the University of Arkansas, he was awarded a Swiss National Science Foundation Fellowship and conducted Post-Doctoral research at the E.T.H. Zoological Institute, Zurich, Switzerland starting in May 1973 after receiving his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Texas, Austin, Texas, in May 1973. He was awarded a M.Sc. degree in Chemistry from the University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona, in May 1969 after receiving his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Texas, Austin, Texas, in May 1967.
