BUSINESS STRATEGY

Our objective is to fully exploit the value of our ICV technology in both the human and veterinary vaccine markets through a combination of collaborative and independent development employing the following strategies:

Collaborative Development

We will form co-development alliances with marketers of existing human and veterinary vaccines and companies with vaccines in late stage development. These collaborative alliances will result in earlier yet more moderate returns (i.e., shared), but with a relatively higher probability of success.

Independent Development

We will acquire or in license proprietary vaccine candidates for development utilizing the ICV technology. Independent development will involve higher risks and costs and longer development periods but, if successful, will yield greater returns.

Utilize Multiple Funding Sources

A series of grant proposals are in progress to supplement our existing equity funding.
